Commerce City, CO – Six people were taken to the hospital after elevated levels of carbon monoxide were found inside their home, a spokesperson for South Adams Fire said.
Crews from Xcel Energy and South Adams Fire responded to the home at 6000 East 74th Place Tuesday morning. Six people evacuated from the home on their own and were taken to the hospital as a precaution, according to South Adams Fire.
It’s unclear what caused the elevated levels of the gas.
