Green, OH – Two people found dead in a home Thursday may have been killed by accidental carbon monoxide poisoning, investigators said.
The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Summit County Sheriff’s Department were investigating the deaths.
According to a release from the Medical Examiner’s Office:
Personnel from the Sheriff’s Department and the Green Fire Department responded around 10:25 a.m. to a residence on Buck Trail, which is off S. Arlington Avenue near the border of Jackson Township.
A 57-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman were found dead inside the indoor pool area. The deaths are being investigated as possible accidental carbon monoxide poisoning. Autopsies are scheduled for Friday.
