Rehoboth, TX – A local couple was hospitalized Tuesday for carbon monoxide poisoning that the Fire Department said was caused by an improperly installed gas water heater in their home. Both Norman and Jacqueline Spring remained in the critical care unit at Charlton Memorial Hospital, in Fall River, yesterday. She was listed in good condition while his condition was undetermined, according to the hospital.
