Daytona Beach, FL – Hazmat workers in Daytona Beach, Fla., are investigating a possible carbon monoxide leak at the Volusia County Health Department Friday afternoon, according to Local 6 News.

Officials said the building on Holsonback Drive was evacuated after people inside started complaining of symptoms that are consistent with carbon monoxide poisoning.

Local 6 News reported that as many as 30 people were either taken to a hospital or treated at the scene.
