Shreveport, LA – Four members of a Shreveport family overcome by carbon monoxide Friday morning have been released from the hospital.
Firefighters said two adults and two children were taken to Willis Knighton South to be treated after high levels of CO were found in their Bernay Drive home.
The mother, Zarthina Leary, said in an interview late Friday afternoon that they had turned on their heating unit for the first time Thursday night.
